The Innovative Strategies for Increasing Self-Sufficiency (ISIS) project, a ten-year effort funded by the Office of Planning, Research & Evaluation in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Administration for Children and Families (ACF) and led by Abt Associates Inc., is a rigorous evaluation of next-generation strategies for increasing the economic self-sufficiency of low-income individuals and families.
